RUSSIA AND THE CREDITS QUESTION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. {Received June 28, 5.5 p.m.) THE HAGUE, June 27. A meeting of the Credits Sub-Oom-mission resolved itself into a long drawn-out fight between M. Litvin off and the other delegates, the Russians replying to all questions with a declaration, “We cannot answer until we know what credits you will give and what conditions.” It was finally agreed to give M. Litvinoff time to produce his plan of reconstruction.
