KEEPING CABINET UP TO THE COLLAR. Bv Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY. June 27. The “Telegraph” suggests that Mr Thomas Henley is joining several other Coalitionists to form a “cave” with the object of keeping the Cabinet up to the collar. It is understood that tho “cave,” whilst not directly hostile to the Government, is holding meetings in the Independents’ room instead ot in a Ministerial room.
