COURT CASE SEQUEL
ALLEGED CONTEMPT OF COURT. During the hearing of a by-law case at tho Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon, the magistrate (Mr i F. K. Hunt) ordered the arrest of tho defendant, Ernest Hadley, on a charge of contempt of court. This action was taken as a result of an argument between the defendant and the bench. Tho magistrate ordered the defendant to be quiet, but lladley persisted in talking in a lend voice.
