OPENING CEREMONY GOVERNOR-C. F.X ERAL OP ENS BOTH HOUSES TO-DAY. THE ADDUESS-IN-REPLY. Both Houses of Parliament meet at 2.30 p.m. to-day for the transaction of public business. It lias been decided that Mr David Jones, M.P. for Riuapoi. is to move the Address-in-Reply to the GovernorGeneral's Speech, and that it null be seconded bv Mr Clutha Mackenzie (Auckland East). Last session the Addros— in-Tleply was moved by Mr Hockiy (Rotorua), and seconded by Mr David Jones.
