SUDDEN DEATH
RETIRED FARMER COLLAPSES. Mr Charles Bowles, a retired farmer, living at Derwent street, Island Bay, died suddenly at his residence on Sunday evening. Ho had been conversing with members of his family and friends during the evening, and when about to retire to bed be collapsed. Medical aid was summoned, but tho doctor could only pronounce life to be extinct. The deceased leaves a widow and family.
