PAEKAKARIKI ROBBERY
SUPREME COURT TRIAL. Seven days is the time it will take to hear the charge against Reginald W. Gunn (charged with the Paekakariki safe robbery) in the Wellington Supreme Court, according to Mr H. R. Biss, counsel far the accused. He stated in the: Magistrate’s Court at Masterton f/hat his side alone had 15 witnesses, and that his cross-examina-tion of the police witnesses would take a consdid'eraible time. Sergeant Cummings estimated the trial would last three days at most.
