THE WRECKED VESSEL
FROM LIVERPOOL TO AUCKLAND The Wiltshire, which was to* load in the Dominion under the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company, is a well-known vessel 'of the Shire line. She was-of 12,160 tons gross; and on her last voyage to New Zealand was commanded by Captain Hayward. A radio was received from her on Sunday last to the effect that she expected to arrive at Auckland to-day, concluding the voyage which she began from Liverpool on April loth. The Great Barrier Island will'be remembered as tho scene of the loss of the steamer Wairarapa some years ago, with heavy loss of life.
