£SOOO TO UNIVERSITY. PER TRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, May 30. A prominent citizen of Dunedin and admirer of Otago University, whoso previous gifts havo made possible the lectureship in ethnology, and have done much to enrich the Ethnological De partment of tho Museum, has added to those gifts by giving £SOOO, which is to be devoted to strengthening theEthnological Department of Otago University.
