REBELLIOUS NATIVES WIPED OUT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association DELHI, May 29. Reports from Calicut state that, after eluding the troops for months, Connara Thangal, chief of the rebels, and about a hundred! of his followers, looted Urungatti and marched to the village of Arikode, where they challenged the troops to fight. The troops hurried from the neighbouring stations and surrounded and wiped out the rebels.
