AGRICULTURAL BANKS
PARLIAMENT TO DISCUSS THE IDEA. FES PR3SS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, May SO. Speaking at the opening of the win* ter show to-day the Prime Minister said that in some countries there were agricultural banks, and it was his intention to allow Parliament to freely discuss that question with a view to ascertaining if anything was likely to come out of such a scheme for the benefit of the country.
