Oats are just us hard to sell as they were last week, inquiries for them being few and far be* tween. Ryegrass and cocksfoot are selling well, principally for delivery about the end of July and tho beginning of August. Indications are that there will be a good demand for these for spring. Partridge peas are still selling firmly at Be, and. in a few cases another sixpence or so is being paid. Linseec] still is quoted at last week's rates. It ie stated, however, that Australian buyers are not prepared to pay this figure and as the formers are reluctant to take less, there Is not much doing in this line. .Potatoes are dull of sale, but the opinion is expressed that better prices will be obtainable before Jong.
