Fox proved very tricky and used the back of neck punch at every opixjrtunity, and was easily loading on points at the half distanco Criqui, In the eleventh round, tried new tactics, got his famous right to Fox's jaw and he went down for the count of eight. Fox was groggy fn the twelfth round, and Criqui had him cornered and sent him to the boards thrice for long counts. The referee then stopped the fight and awarded it to Criqui.
