CLAIM BY BUYERS’ AGENTS. rsa PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, May 29. An action in which Alpe Bros, and Co. claimed C 502 from the Hawke’s Bay Fruitgrowers’ Ltd., concluded at the Supreme Court on S’aturday. The -‘t.sv concerned three machines for making strawberry boxes, which plaintiffs imported from the United States, and delivery of which was refused by the defendants, on the ground that '.hey did not want automatic machines, but machines worked by foot-power, osting only about £7 each. After a retirement of three hours, the jury eturned a unanimous verdict that the daintiffs were buying agents and not Hern, and a ten to two verdict that IP machines tendered were the ms ones ordered.
