NEW ZEALAND WOMEN’S CHEQUE.
DONATED TO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL. In a letter to the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. W. F. Miassey), the New Zealand High Commissioner states that .Princess Mary donated the cheque for a hundred guineas, presented to her in .a greenstone casket by New Zealand women resident in England, to tho Women’s Hospital for Children, Harrow road, London. "Sir James Allen states that this hospital is doing very good work in a neighbourhood which da largely peopled by the extreme poor.
