PRACTICE GROUNDS FOR SATURDAY. Grounds are allotted for practice today as follows: Karori Park. Ladiiea’ Association, grounds Nos. 1-6. 2 p.m. Y.M.C.A., No. 7,2 p.m. Training College Club, No. 8,2 p.m. Wakafcu Club, No. 1, 3 p.m. United Club, No. 2, 3 p.m. Ramblers Club, No. 3, 3 p.m. Wellington Club, No. 4, 3 p.m. University Club, No. 5, 3 p.m. Wesley Club, No. 6, 8 p.m. Huia Club, No. 7, 3 p.m. Karori Club, No. 8, 9 p.m. Hutt. Club, on Hutt Recreation grounds Pefcone Club, on Petone Oval.
At the annual meeting of tbe Kia Kaha Ladies' Hockey Club, Grey+own. tho statement of finances showed a credit balance of -23 2b tOd. During the season £3O was provided towards the expenses of six representative players to make the trip to the South Island. Officers wer© elected as iollow :—Patron, Mr F. C. Bunny; president, Mr J. F. Thompson; joint secretaries and treasurers, Misses O. Nix and R. Keltic; management oommittee, Mrs Beuck, Misses D. TuiJy, F. Poison, M. Terry, and S. Tally j delegates to association. Misses D. TuiJy and A. Finn; ooaob, Mr Finn. The captains of the senior and junior teams will be selected at the first practice, to be held to-day.
