A DIVORCE CASE
NAVAL PETTY-OFFICER CORESPONDENT. (Special to the "‘Times.”) AUCKLAND, March 17. Percy Ernest Eversen, of Auckland, labourer, who was represented by 'Mr Hogg, sought a dissolution with his wife, Bella Eversen, on the ground of adultery. Sidney Hovey, a petty-officer on tho Philomel, was cited as co-respon-dent. An answer to the petition, had been filed, hut was withdrawn. A decree nisi was granted, to he made absolute withiu the usual period.
