HAMILTON DIVORCE CASE
“A CURIOUS ARRANGEMENT.” (Special to “Tunes.”) HAMILTON, March 17. Oliver Penny Quintal, fireman, of Horotiu, was granted a decree nisi against his wife, Harriet Ethel Day, on the ground of desertion. Petitioner stated that his wife left him with three children, the youngest six weeks old. Her parente afterwards camb to live with him and looked after the childten.
His Honour Mr Justice Stringer remarked that this was a curious arrangement.
