BIG DECREASE IN AMOUNT OF RESOURCES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received November 1, 12.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 31. The “New York World’s” Washington correspondent states that the Comptroller of Currency, Mr Crissinger, has announced that the resources of 30,815 United States banks for the year ending June 30th were 3,390,000,000 dollars less than toe previous year. This year’s total is 49,688,000,000.
