NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD
ILLEGAL EXPENDITURE ALLEGED. Per Press Association. NAPIER, July 26. Fifteen members of the Napier Harbour Board havo been surcharged with £351, amount of alleged illegal expenditure of money, which was used in distributing land proposal propaganda. The members concerned intend to defend the proceedings.
