BARNES WINS OPEN SHIP. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Julv 24, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON July 22. Barnes won the open championship with a total score of 259. He did the third round in 73 and the fourth round in 72. The runners-up were McLeod and Hagen, with 298. Duncan’s score wus 305 and Kirkwood's 318.
