WOMAN’S SUDDEN DEATH
THE CORONER’S INQUIRY. An inquest on Mary Wilton, who died suddenly on Saturday last, was held by Mr j\ K. Hunt, S.AI., yesterday morning. Albert Henry Wilton, son of the deceased, gave evidence that, on the date in question, he had left for work at about 7.15 a.m. On his return, at 1.40 p.m., he had found his mother asleep on the ( sofa. At 4 p.m., on returning to room, he discovered that she was dead, and summoned a medical man, who pronounced life extinct.
I>H Alfred Temple Perkins stated that he had examined the body, and bad no doubt that the deceased had! died of heart disease, accelerated by alcohol. The coroner fount* accordingly.
