IN UPPER SILESIA
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received May 11, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 11. The War Office announces that there are no British troops in Upper Silesia. They were withdrawn after the plebiscite. There are a certain number _of British officers with the Allied High Commission.
