THE CHIEF RABBI
A civic reception will be tendered in tho Concert Chamber at 3 o’clock today to Dr. J. H. Hertz, Chief Rabbi of the Hebrew congregations of the British Empire, who arrived by steamer from Sydnev last night. The Mayor (Mr J. P. Lithe, C.M.G., M.P.) invites citizens to attend.
