'The letter, -which was posted at Melbournestated that the vis:tinc bowlers had been royally entertained by the bowlers of New -South Wales. The kindness which was extended to them would remain long in their memories. The party had just arrived in Melbourne when the letter was written, and Mr Renouf said that they were in for a "hot" time as far as hospitality was concerned, as every endeavour was being made by bowlers in Australia to make the tour a memorable one. A oable had been received from Mr F, W- HaybiHle, who is in London, stating that a tour of fourteen weeks had been arranged, comprising sixty games, for , the bowlers when they arrived. A cable was at once sent back that the Dominion Council had arranged with the International Bowling Board for a tour of ten weeks, end not more than three games to be nlayed in each week. That, it was understood, was the official arrangement, and a variation would not be entered into until the team arrived in England.
