Hunt, S..\L. yesterday morning For drunkenness Matthew Morris was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours. Samuel Costain was also fined «£l, in default forty-eight hours for drunkenness. Georg© C’iaydon. for drunkenness, was fined ss, in default twenty-four hours; for using obscene language J6l, in default forty-eight hours; and for assault JC 2, in default forty-eight hours. Jainos Cain was charged with the theft of a lady's fur-lined coat, valued at .£3O, tho property of Herb Price. A remand was granted dill Wednesday next. Bail was fixed at «ITOO and two sureties of JC2S each. A remand was grouted in the case of John Leslie Batson. \\*ho appeared on a charge of failing to comply with the terms of his release on probation.
