EX-GERMAN CABLES
DELEGATES TO CONFERENCE AWAITING INSTRUCTIONS. (Received Alarcli 16, 9.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 15. The International Com mu nicat ions Conference has decided to continue indefinitely the present modus vivendi governing former German cables. Some delegates are still awaiting final instructions from their Governments, and it is hoped when such arrive that the final disposition of the cables will result.
