Continental and English buyers are buying more freely. As compared with last sales closing rates merino wools greasy par to 5 per cent, lower; 64- 70 combing wools are often rather dearer. Merino wools scoured par to 5 per cent, lower. Crossbred wools fine quality greasy 10 per cent, lower, crossbred wools medium quality greasy 10 per cent, lower; 36-40 gold at 8d to 9d. Crossbred wools scoured scarcely any demand. Free Australian 35,000 bales offered. New Zealand 1115 bales. Bulk sold.” SALE AT FEILOING. Dalgety and Co.. Ltd., Palmerston North, report having a fair entry- of stock at their Feilding sale on Friday, the 28th instant, when all lambs showed an advance in price. Quotations: —Sheep —Small lambs 11s 3d, medium woolly lambs 13s 9d, ordinary black face lambs to 19s 3d. Cattle—Young bulls to j£4 7s. SALE AT HUNTERVILLE.
