“WANTED” MAN SURRENDERS. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH January 28. Riohard Hitchens, whom the police had been seeking far-some days in connection with the attack on Raymond Rapley, now in a serious, condition in the hospital suffering from a wound inflicted by a razor, gave himself up at the police station this morning, and later appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, charged with attempting to do grievous bodily harm to Raymond Rapley by wounding him, at Addington, on January 24th. At the request of the police, the case was adjourned to February 4th.
