DISPUTE AT PATENT SLIP

MEN TO MEET TO-DAY. Respecting the dispute at the Patent Slip over the question of “dirt” money for boilermakers working on the s.s Kennedy, it is reported that the trpublo came to a head yesterdaj’. The employers suggested that the men should stand off the job till Monday and take till then to reconsider their position. In consequence of this a meeting of the whole of the members of the Boilermakers’ Union will be held to-day to decide what action should be taken.
