LICENSING BENCH
QUARTEfRLY MEETING. A "VERY SATISFACTORY REtPORT." Mr W.-G. Kiddell, S.M., presided over the quarterly sitting of the Licensing Bench yesterday morning, the following members being present:—Messrs W. J. Helyer, J. Smith( junior), C. W. Cheltnan, and T. ifeadowcroft. His Worship remarked that as far as general conduct waa concerned the report was very satisfactory.
