SCHOOLS RESUME TO-MORROW
AN OPPORTUNE HOLIDAY. The public- and ' secondary schools will resume to-morrow after, the second term vacation. The holidays occurred most opportunely for prior to their commencement the attendances at the schools wore being considerably affected by the epidemic of illness, particularly influenza and mumps. The vacation has allowed a break, during which the. epidemic has largely subsided, and it is expected that the rollcall to-morrow will bo quite satisfactory.
