Speaking at; a meeting of the Metro, politaa Rifle Club, Captain Croft said he was on a court of inquiry in France in 1916, at ■which it was stated that on opening one million rounds of rifle ammunition it was discove»ed that the bullets were only cardboard nickelled orer. , The ammunition was made in America.
