HOUSING LOANS TO OOALOWNERS. A proclamation gazetted yesterday makes Part 111. of the Housing Act, 1919, applicable to the coal-mining industry. . , , Part 111. of the Act provides that the Minister for Finance may grant loans to employers for the purpose of providing dwellings for their employees, and empowers tho Minister to borrow £250,000 annually for this purpose. ____
