RUSSIAN FIGHTING
"RED" COUNTER-ATTACKS ON POLISH FRONT. POLES NOT ENDANGERED. Published in "TTift Tin>e«" WARSAW, March 21. Th* heavy Bolshevik counter-attacks on the' Polish front are at present failing. Captured Red officers describe the fighting aB a prelude to a general offensive on the south front with a view to taking Mozyr, Rovno, and" Proskurov. The Bed forces available do not exceed 50,000. Allied military experts are confident that the Poles are not endangered, and that the chances of the Reds reaching Galicia are very small.
