DOG PARADE

SUCCESSFUL EXH IBiTIGL ANIMALS OF QUALITY AT KELBURN PARADE. There was a large attendance of the public at the grand dog parade held on Keiburu Park on, Saturday, under the auspices of the Combined Panders’ Association. A record number of entries was received, and the association presented over 300 ribbons, which were awarded by the judges to the various winners. The quality of the exhibits was of a very high standard, and the prize for the winner and winners was won by Messrs Rastell and Collins’s Peacemaker’s Ambition (bulldog). The ribbon for the best toy dog was won by Mrs B. Wills’s- Pomeranian Sunkist Billikin. The following acted as judges for the various classes:—Mr E. Bernasconi, sporting dogs; Mr Alex. Brown, bulldogs and terriers; Mrs Cleo. Neale, Pomeranians and Pekingese; Mr J. T. Harrap (in the absence of Air Ivan M. Levy), all other toy dog«. The details are as follow:, ENGLISH SETTEES.
