VISIT TO DOMINIONS ENTHUSIASTIC SCENES IN LONDON. FINAL ARRANGEMENTS. A complete programme of the various functions, etc., in connection witn the visit of the Prince of Wales to Wellington is not yet available. A number of matters have still to be dealt with, and a meeting is to be held in the Mayor’s room at the Town Hall ou Tuesday afternoon nest to discuss the arrangements.

The drafts of all addresses to be presented to His Royal Highness should be forwarded to the Minister for Internal Aairs before Tuesday, the 23rd Inst.
