VISIT TO DOMINIONS ENTHUSIASTIC SCENES IN LONDON. A Press Association message from London states: There was a tremendous outburst of enthusiasm on the departure of the Prince of Males. ’ Denso crowds lined the streets and cheered the Royal party. The crush at Victoria Station was so great that the police were overwhelmed, and after the Prince had • passed the crowd surged over wio broad carriageway and along the plat* form and was only checked when M yards from the Prince’s railway carriage by a. body of Australian soldiers Joining hands with the police. Lba Prince watched the scene with amusement and interest, and then steppeo into the open. This proved the signa for an enormous outburst of cheering which lasted several mmutea, the Prince meanwhile repeatedly saluting. The demonstration was renewed as the train departed. SCENES AT PORTSMOUTH. A later message Otates that the Prince of Wales has sailed fop New Zealand. There were crowds, on the train en route to Portsmouth, where the Prince was tendered a civic reception. There was a great naval demonstration, the Victory and all the warships in port being gaily dreaded. Salutes were fired and cruisers escorted the Renown out into the Channel. WELLINGTON PROGRAMME. FINAL ARRANGEMENTS. A complete programme of the various functions, etc., in connection witn the visit of the Prince of Wales to Wellington is not yet available. A number of matters have still to be dealt with, and a meeting is to be held in the Mayor’s room at the Town Hall ou Tuesday afternoon nest to discuss the arrangements.

The drafts of all addresses to be presented to His Royal Highness should be forwarded to the Minister for Internal Aairs before Tuesday, the 23rd Inst.
