MORE SURGLARS AT WORK

An attempt to burglarise tho local railway station was made last night or early this morning. One of tho windows was prized open 'and a lock broken. Apparently tho thief was disturbed in his operations. The office of tho Town Hall was also entered through prizing open a window, and a cash-box containing 12s was removed. Petty thieving is also prevalent.
