NEAV COMMISSIONERS APPOINTED. The Prime Minister announced last night that Mr AA r . R. Morris (Secretary to the Post Office) has been appointed Chief Public Service Commissioner, in place of Mr Donald Robertson, who is retiring at the end of his five years’ term*of office. Mr F. V.
