TEE STRATFORD CASE. Hearing of the petition of Mr J, B. Hine, formerly M.P. for Stratford, and a member of the Massey Cabinet, against the return for Stratford of Mr A. Masters, tile Liberal candidate,, will be commenced on Monday l.y the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) and Mr Jufc tice Chapman. t The Chief Justice leaves AVcllington for Stratford to-day. Mr AV. Schramm, of the AVcllington Supreme Court, will be the clerk at the inquiry.
