AUSTRALIAN SUGGESTION TO CANADA. Australian, and N.Z. Cable Association. OTTAWA, February 23. Australian manufacturers have asked Canadian exporters to cancel the stipulation for payment through New York owing to the state of exchange. The Canadian Trade ‘ Commissioner points out that the impression has been given Australia that American capital dominates Canadian industry.
