(Special to the "Times.") OTAKI. February 23. It is tlie intention of u, number ol natives of this district to take part in the welcome of the Princo of Wales at .Kotorua. ' Miss Christensen, who has been on the teaching staff of the Otaki State school for the past year, has been transferred to Levin. Colonel Wylie, inspector of hospitals, paid an official visit to Otaki at the WeekMr W. Cha-ndlor, who had the misfortune to fair from a stack, had two ribs broken last week. There is no dearth of labourers in Levin. The Borough Council advertised for six men who were immediately forthcoming. . A movement is on foot to resusitate the Otaki Brass Band. Mr C. Dorset, who received an injury to his liiiee while on active service, en tors the Trenthnm hospital at aa •wl; 'late for a fui-Uier operation,.
