LONDON, February 14. y The Roumanian Legation denies the reports of the insurrection, which stated that the members of tho Royal Family attempted to flee from Buchar-' est to Jassy, but were compelled to return. It was also stated that the revolutionaries' stoned the King's car and bombed the castle, and that the King was -wounded.
