At the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, before Mr Page, S.M., Thomas Powell, picture, show .proprietor, was charged with a breach of section 26 of the amusement tax regulations, by using a ticket more than once. He. was convicted, «nd fined £lO, with costs, £2 12s. This is the second case of the kind in the Dominion.
