Press Association. ■ ■"• DUNEM'Nv September 27. - The secretary ! of the Dunedin Manufacturers' Association has sent a telegram to the Minister for Munitions and 6upplies stating that manufacturers «re much concerned at the reported appointment of an official controller of intercolonial cargo in Sydney, and,asking for the fullest particulars regarding his powers, as any prohibition of many lines of raw material will seriously prejudice local manufacturers.
