PROJECTED SOUTH AFRICAN EXPEDITION.

(Received July 18, 5.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN, July 17. Professor Goddard, of the Steilenbosch University, has announced that he proposes to lead a. South African expedition to Enderby Land and Kemp Land after the war, undertaking a geographical exploration of 2500 miles of coast-line, and making otnor investigations.
