THE BAYSWATER FATALITY

AUCKLAND, June 18. Tho victim of the Bayewater train fatality was George Low, aged eighty, a retired settler of Northcote. The evidence showed that deceased was troubled with loss of memory, and often wandered away. The driver of the engine stated that deceased rushed out of .the scrub at the sldo of the road in front of the engine, being four feet distant when first seen. A verdict of accidental death was returned, no blarao being attachable to tho driver.
