ZOO OWNER’S APPEAL
Press A«i«(>r!at!on. AUCKLAND, May 7. An application for leave to appeal to the Privy Council was made by J, J. Boyd in connection with the Ohehunga. Zoo case, ■yhich involves the right of Boyd, as owner of the Zoo, to'vote as member of the council on questions affecting Ms own interests. Mr Justice Hosking stated ho would consult tho other judges and give his decision later.
