TRAMWAY RETURNS
INCREASE IN' KEYENCE, The tramway returns show a decrease in revenue for the four weeks ending? August 18th. also a decrease in the passengers carried, over the various sections of the service and in the car mileage. For the period commencing April Ist and ending August 18th {twenty weeks} an all-round increase is shown with the exception of the car mileage, which has decreased by 31,911 miles compared, with the corresponding period in 1916. The following tables give the figures in detail, those of the previous year for the corresponding period being given for the- purpose of comparison
