ANNUAL MEETING HELD,

The annual general meeting of the Wellington Football Association was held last night Mr A. E. Wells (chairman of executive) presiding. There was a good attendance of delegates from the various clubs. The chairman mpved the adoption ol the annual report, already published in our columns; and, in doing so, said that taking all the curcumstances into consideration they had reason to congratulate themselves on the results of. the past season. A number of new clubs nad joined the association; all the competitions, he thought, had passed off very well; and they had also had a very successful schools' competition. Mr W. Duncan (treasurer) in moving the adoption of the balance-sheet, regretted that the balance was on the wrong side. That, he explained, was duo to the fact that no grade higher than the Third Division being played, the capitation fees were some j£so loss than those for the previous year. The report and balance-sheet' were adopted. The following officers were elected; — Patron, Mr O. H. Izard: president, Mr C- P. Skerrett. K.C.; vice-presidents, Messrs H. N- McLeod, A. J.
