EARLY CLOSING OF HOTELS
N.S.W. BILL TO BE RE-INTRO-DUCED.
By Tol«c ra -Pk Press Association—Copyright
(Received January 25, 1.10 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 24. Mr Holman, State Premier, does not intend to take a referendum on the liquor trade question until the expiration of the present Parliament. Meantime he will re-submit the bill in favour of 10 o’clock closing of licensed premises. Tho temperance leaders regard both proposals as Hod herrings drawn across the scent, and declare that the Government is shirking the early closing issue.
